1. Subject of the Contract
The furnishings and capacities of the holiday apartments are specified in the details of each individual apartment. All apartments are registered with the City of Bad Harzburg and may be used for tourist purposes.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded once the instant booking has been made and confirmed. After that, the booking is binding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately and can be made via PayPal or credit card.
4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Check-in details will be sent via email 2 days before arrival.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are possible up to 5 days before arrival, with a full refund. After that, the full amount is due.
6. Use of the Holiday Apartment
Subletting or exceeding the occupancy limit is prohibited. All guests and pets must be registered. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Vacuuming is not permitted during this time. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Final cleaning is included in the price. The apartment and all items within must be treated with care.
7. Liability
Defects or damages must be reported to the landlord immediately. The guest is liable for any damages and must report them to the landlord without delay.
8. House Rules
Parties are not allowed. Waste bins are located behind the house. A washing machine and drying rack are available in the basement (operator: Meene-Fewo). Bicycles or strollers brought along may be stored in the basement (via the outdoor stairs, not through the hallway). A parking space is available on the property under the carport.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The data is used for booking purposes, legal requirements, and forwarded to the City of Bad Harzburg.
10. Final Provisions
The legal place of jurisdiction applies. The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
